JP is a seasoned advertising leader with 23 years of agency-side experience, spanning the UK and Australian markets.
The early part of his career was spent at MediaCom during its explosive growth journey to become the UK’s leading media agency, throughout this period he honed his expertise in TV buying and trading, building a reputation for sharp negotiation skills and strong client relationships. JP ran the AV buying for some of the UK’s biggest clients, such as Direct Line & VW Group, and whilst in Australia, Foxtel the country’s biggest media spender.
A pioneer in digital transformation, JP built the UK’s first programmatic Digital Out-of-Home buying unit (IDOOH), and later went on to lead the development of the award winning Unmissable, the UK’s first geo-targeted, cross-channel media buying solution. allowing brands to unify their campaigns across TV, Digital, Audio, and OOH. This later went on to form the foundation for GroupM’s global multichannel buying solution.
By 2022, his strategic vision and industry foresight led him into a global position at GroupM, where he built out the Video and Connected TV strategy across the world’s largest media investment group.
